The Lyric Theatre Foundation aims to support and embrace aspiring artists through programs that focus on creative development and theatre education. The Foundation recently helped fund the La Brea Barnstormers in the summer of 2007. |

Dorrie Braun - Board Founder |
| Dorrie is a Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Lyric Theatre. Dorrie graduated from Stanford with a degree in music (piano and voice) after forming Prima Donna Productions, a musical theatre production company. She then studied at USC Law Center, received a Juris Doctor and went on to earn a Masters in Music (voice) at Claremont Graduate University as well. Dorrie has spent many years teaching music and has been actively involved in a number of arts and education organizations. She was also a Founding Chairman of the Pasadena Arts Commission. In 2006, Dorrie founded the Lyric Theatre Foundation and her own production company, Mostly Musicals. She has since produced and performed in I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change, The Fantastiks, The Gingerbread Lady, Side by Side and A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum. |
