The Lyric Theatre Foundation aims to support and embrace aspiring artists through programs that focus on creative development and theatre education. The Foundation recently helped fund the La Brea Barnstormers in the summer of 2007. |

Tina Cocumelli - Board Vice President |
| Tina is a career theatre educator who was recently featured in an article titled "Class Masters" in Backstage West. Tina earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre at UCLA, followed by a Master's Degree in Educational Psychology from Pt. Loma College. She has studied with Arthur Lessac in addition to Russian masters, Jurij Alschitz and Oleg Koudriachov. The bulk of her career has been spent at the Polytechnic School in Pasadena, where she developed and implemented a sequential drama curriculum for students in third through twelfth grades. Tina’s students consistently gain entrance into the finest college theatre programs in the country. Through her work at Poly and a variety of community theatres, Tina has compiled a most impressive directing resume, including plays, musicals, and children's dramatic literature. |
